This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and governs purchases made across linguahabesha.com and our Learn Tigrinya Complete and Learn English for Tigrinya Speakers applications.
Web Purchases (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
Web orders on linguahabesha.com are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles order-related inquiries, tax compliance, and billing.
If you are not satisfied with your web purchase on linguahabesha.com, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial transaction date. Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a web purchase within the 14-day window, email us at senaysoft@gmail.com with your account email address or Paddle order receipt, or contact Paddle Buyer Support directly via the link included in your email receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Recurring Subscription Cancellations
Recurring Pro plans (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account billing portal, your Paddle receipt link, or your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals while preserving Pro access through the end of your paid billing cycle.
Mobile App Store Purchases (Apple & Google)
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed directly by Apple or Google, are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies, and must be requested directly through Apple or Google.
