SenaySoft is committed to providing a safe and effective learning environment across linguahabesha.com and our mobile applications (Learn Tigrinya Complete and Learn English for Tigrinya Speakers). Whether for children or adults, we prioritize your family’s privacy and are extremely sensitive regarding personal information and safety.
Information We Collect
To provide modern features such as cross-device syncing, AI-powered feedback, and subscription management, our web platform and applications collect the following:
A.Personal Data & Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and generate a unique User ID. This data is securely stored using Google Firebase. Purpose: To allow multi-device login across web and mobile, save learning progress, and restore accounts.
B.Audio & Microphone Data (Speech Quiz & AI Tutor Features)
To use the 'Speech Quiz,' 'Try It Yourself,' 'Pronunciation Practice,' and 'AI Tutor,' the platform requests access to your device’s or browser’s microphone. Recording: We record short audio clips of your Tigrinya or English pronunciation. AI Processing: These clips are sent securely to Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Genkit / Gemini) for real-time analysis and grading. Storage: With your permission, we may store anonymized audio samples to improve our AI’s accuracy for Tigrinya and English learners. Public landing-page demos are processed transiently with data collection disabled. We never use your audio for marketing or personal identification.
C.Subscriptions & Payment Data
We use Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record for web transactions on linguahabesha.com) and RevenueCat (for Apple App Store and Google Play Store mobile billing) to manage subscriptions. Transactions: Processed directly by Paddle, Apple, or Google. SenaySoft never sees or stores your credit card information. Validation: We share an anonymous User ID and account email solely to validate and sync your Pro entitlement status across web and mobile.
D.Non-Personal Data
We collect device/browser models and anonymized crash reports via Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and optimize the learning experience.
Data Deletion & Retention
Right to Delete: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the web platform or mobile app via Profile > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request immediate account and data deletion by emailing us at senaysoft@gmail.com.
Outcome: Upon request, your email, learning progress, and unique identifiers are permanently removed from our active Firestore databases.
Ad Serving Technology & Location
No Ads: Our platform is designed for a premium learning experience and does not implement third-party ad networks. We do not allow third parties to place cookies or collect data for advertising.
No Tracking: Our web and mobile applications do not request or track your precise location (GPS).
Children’s Privacy
We adhere to strict guidelines to protect children. While our platform collects an email address for login (typically managed by a parent or guardian for younger learners), we do not use this data for marketing or tracking. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child without parental consent, please contact us at senaysoft@gmail.com for immediate deletion.
Third-Party Services
Our services rely on:
